The VitaJab Service

Please follow these 4 steps to use our service:

1) Register an account by completing the form below

2) Click on Purchase B12 Voucher in your account

3) Complete the Medical Screen and Purchase your voucher

4) If approved by one of our prescribers, your account will be charged and your voucher issued

Registering and creating an account will take just a couple of minutes and gives us the information we need to provide this service to you via your local pharmacy. You’ll only need to do this once and future purchases will take a fraction of the time through your secure customer account.

Creation of your account is verified by an email sent to your nominated email address; if you don’t appear to receive this within 60 seconds, including in your junk folder, just let us know via the Contact/Feedback portal at the bottom of the page and we’ll assist as soon as we can.

Your payment card will be pre-authorised at step 3, but you will only be charged if you are deemed eligible for the service by one of our prescribers. Before proceeding it's important that you read the following information leaflet.
